Are we allowed to use outside vendors that are not on your preferred vendor list?
Yes! We just need a COI ( Certificate of Insurance ) from these specific vendors.
We require strict dietary restrictions for our menu. Will you still be able to accommodate these meals for our wedding guests?
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Ex) Gluten Free, Vegan, Nut allergies.
Do you allow outside Alcohol?
We do not allow outside alcohol. We will provide most alcoholic beverages through our beverage suppliers.
Can we bring in home baked desserts?
We do not allow home baked goods. If you would like to bring in outside sweets, you are more than welcome to, however they need to be from a licensed Bakery that can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance).
When do you recommend scheduling a food tasting?
We recommend 3-4 months out from your wedding date.
Do you allow outside Catering?
Yes! We allow outside catering Sunday-Thursday through a licensed caterer that can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance).
Do you include Centerpieces?
We include 12 inch round mirrors and Votive candles for your table. All other decorations are the responsibility of the host.
Do you have two events going on at once?
Yes! Our two banquet spaces, the Devonshire Room and the Grand Ballroom operate independently and have separate guest facilities and entrances.
Do you have the entire day for your event?
No. However, you can request a room block for an additional $2000.00 non-refundable fee. This ensures you the entire day and no other day events can book your room.
What are your time slots?
Daytime event time slots are 9:00 am – 2:30 pm. Evening events may vary depending on your room and event, however, access for an evening setup time is 3:00 pm.
