Historic yet contemporary, Chevy Chase Country Club has gracefully undergone a transformational renovation that has preserved its character while enhancing its interiors and incorporating advanced meeting technologies.

Built in 1927, the storied Tudor-style country club is steeped in history, having hosted countless socialites, celebrities, and VIPs, along with a few colorful characters from the Prohibition era. The elegant clubhouse, situated amidst beautifully landscaped grounds, is poised to provide unforgettable experiences for a new generation of celebratory events. Backed by a distinctive combination of culinary and service excellence, the facility can artfully accommodate groups ranging from 20 to 500 guests.



The facility’s breathtaking Grand Ballroom exudes elegance and offers an experience that is intimate yet grand. Comfortably accommodating 150 to 500 guests in distinguished and classic style, the Ballroom features a private entrance with dedicated bridal suite as well as access to a variety of settings, including an expansive outdoor terrace. Guests are able to step away from the Ballroom’s main chamber to enjoy an intimate conversation in the adjacent vintage horseshoe bar, a relaxed area for gathering and socializing over cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres.


Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a cozy reception area with a fireplace and bar. The Devonshire Room itself accommodates groups of 50 to 280 seated guests. The spaciously stylish setting is quite versatile in that it can be configured in multiple ways and features oversized windows that overlook the golf course and outdoor terrace.


The Gable Bar & Grill offers a casual setting for 30-75 guests. With lovely views of the 18th green and patio, the indoor and outdoor spaces can be combined to create a multifaceted event. The Gable is the perfect place for that intimate or casual gathering both with standard and high-top tables. Whether it’s a birthday or holiday party, engagement or rehearsal dinner, this “pub-style” room invites people to share and celebrate like family. If your organization needs a regular meeting space that’s not too large, ask about the Gable and Hunt rooms.

Providing comfort and privacy, the Hunt Room is ideal for groups of 40 attendees or less. Full catering services are provided and our dedicated, professional staff is here to attend to all aspects of your event, including room set up, breakouts and audio/visual requirements.
